Spain’s IA360 Plan · AI Voucher
Bring AI into your SME.
With traceability and oversight.
Spain’s IA360 Plan puts security, traceability and data sovereignty at its core. Altorium is built on those same principles: it queries and proposes, and nothing changes in your systems without your approval.
What we know today
The business AI voucher, according to the plan.
What it will fund
AI services and solutions from European technology companies that add their own value: integration, sector knowledge, data processing or process redesign.
What it won’t fund
Licence subscriptions on their own. The voucher targets services that transform a company’s processes.
How it will work
A prior maturity assessment, a concrete use case, measurement of the productivity impact, milestone payments and AI training for staff.
Expected timeline
A controlled pilot in the first half of 2027 and a general call before the end of 2027, with €600 million.

Why it fits
What the plan asks for, what Altorium does.
Traceability and oversight
Every change goes through a proposal and human approval, and is kept in a persistent audit trail.
Security first
If identity, permission or approval is missing, the operation stops. That is the default behaviour.
Data sovereignty
EU infrastructure, encrypted credentials that never reach the model and a public list of sub-processors.
Real access for SMEs
One fee per vertical, unlimited projects and basic usage included. No bespoke teams or projects.
How we implement
Altorium Implementation: five milestones, one measured outcome.
One vertical and one use case, end to end, together with a partner who knows your sector. Each milestone ends with a deliverable you approve. It is the format the plan announces for the voucher: assessment, use case, milestones, training and measured impact.

We review the requirements of the voucher as soon as they are published.
- 2
We tell you whether Altorium qualifies as an eligible cost, and on what terms.

Questions about the IA360 Plan
Can I apply for the voucher now?
Not yet. According to the plan, a controlled pilot will come first in the first half of 2027, and the general call before the end of 2027. The rules have not yet been published.
Will Altorium be eligible for the voucher?
That will depend on the rules. The plan says it will fund implementation services, not licences. Once they are published we will review the requirements and tell you clearly whether it qualifies and on what terms.
What is the NEURONA Network?
A public-private network of AI demonstration centres planned in the programme, where companies will be able to see AI working in their sector and try it with their data. The voucher is linked to it.
Do I have to wait for the voucher to start?
No. During phase 1 we run supported pilots. You can start now and consider the voucher once it is confirmed.
