What we collect
The data you send us through the contact and partner forms, or by email: your name, email address, company, the content of your message and, in partner applications, the type of partner and the verticals you are interested in. To protect the forms against abuse we keep a cryptographic hash of your IP address for one hour, from which the address cannot be recovered.
What we use it for
To respond to your enquiry or request and, if a business relationship begins, to manage it. We will only send you marketing communications if you have requested or agreed to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Legal basis and retention
Your consent, given by ticking the form checkbox or by writing to us, and, where applicable, steps taken prior to entering into a contract; the IP hash relies on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. We keep data for two years, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access and review them continuously.
Disclosure
We do not sell, transfer or distribute your personal data without your consent, except where required by law or court order. Providers that serve us: Arsys (hosting) and IONOS (email).

Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to info@altorium.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Data processing agreement (DPA)
When you use Altorium, we process your company’s data on your behalf. We sign a data processing agreement with every customer in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. Request it at info@altorium.eu.
Sub-processors
Arsys: hosting and infrastructure, in Spain. IONOS (the group Arsys belongs to): AI models (AI Model Hub) and email, in the European Union.
We notify our customers before adding or replacing a sub-processor.
Use of AI and transparency
Altorium uses artificial intelligence models to query, analyse and propose actions on the systems each customer authorises. Actions that change a system require human approval, and every operation is logged along with the model used.
AI models are served from the IONOS AI Model Hub (part of the IONOS group, to which Arsys belongs), with processing in data centres in the European Union.
