Oduvia · AI for Odoo
Ask your Odoo.
Without touching a single record.
Purchasing, stock, CRM, projects and accounting, in plain language. Oduvia connects to Odoo in read-only mode: it analyses everything and changes nothing.
Which purchase orders have been waiting more than 15 days for delivery, by supplier?
3 suppliers have pending orders:
- [Supplier A]
- 4 orders · 22 days
- [Supplier B]
- 2 orders · 18 days
- [Supplier C]
- 1 order · 16 days
purchase.order · read-only · query logged
The data is already in Odoo. The answers aren't.
Reports that depend on one person
Every new question means a filter, an export and a spreadsheet.
Modules that don't talk to each other
Crossing purchasing with stock, or CRM with projects, means knowing where to look.
Fear of granting access
Plugging a generic AI into your ERP opens the door to changes nobody controls.
What you can ask
Six areas of Odoo, one conversation.
Purchasing
“Which supplier raised its prices the most this quarter?”
Stock
“Which products will run out at the current rate?”
CRM
“Which opportunities have had no activity for a month?”
Projects
“Which projects are over their planned hours?”
Accounting
“Which customers have invoices more than 60 days overdue?”
Attachments and export
“Export this year's sales by salesperson.”
These questions are examples. Answers depend on the Odoo modules you use and the data you have authorised.
What Oduvia doesn't do
Read-only.
By design.
- It doesn't create, edit or delete records. The available tools can only query.
- It doesn't see more than you authorise. It only accesses a closed catalogue of approved data.
- It doesn't know your password. Odoo credentials are stored encrypted and never reach the AI model.
- It doesn't mix companies. Every query is tied to your company and project, and logged.
Getting started
Connecting Odoo doesn't mean changing Odoo.
- 1
Create a read-only Odoo user for Altorium.
- 2
Register it in your project. Connection via XML-RPC or JSON-2, with your Odoo address on an allow list.
- 3
Start asking. Compatible with Odoo 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, in the cloud or on your own server.
Questions about Oduvia
Do I need an Odoo partner to set it up?
Not necessarily. If you already work with one, they can handle the connection for you.
How many Odoo instances can I connect?
Projects are unlimited within the vertical: one per company, per legal entity or per environment, as you prefer.
Will Oduvia be able to make changes in the future?
Today it is read-only. If it ever adds actions, they will go through proposal and approval, like the rest of Altorium.
