Nuntius · AI for email

Your inbox,
finally under control.

Several mailboxes in one place. Nuntius reads, summarises and extracts what matters, including from PDF attachments. And no email goes out until you have seen it and confirmed it.

Which orders arrived by email today?

3 emails with orders; data extracted from the PDF attachments:

[Customer A]
order · 12 lines
[Customer B]
order · 4 lines
[Customer C]
order change

orders@ · mailbox read · query logged

Illustrative example

Email is still the real ERP. And nobody can keep up.

Shared mailboxes with no owner

Orders, invoices and incidents get mixed up, and someone has to read it all.

Data trapped in PDFs

Every attachment is opened and retyped into another system.

Fear of automating

An AI that replies on its own can send the wrong thing to the wrong person.

What it can do

From inbox to useful data, with your permission.

Summarise

“Summarise this week's open threads with [Supplier A].”

Classify

“Which of today's emails are orders, invoices or incidents?”

Extract from PDFs

“Pull the number, date and amount from the invoices received.”

Several mailboxes

“Search sales@ and orders@ for emails from [Customer B].”

Drafts

“Draft a reply confirming the delivery date.”

Confirmed sending

“Send the reply”, after checking the preview and confirming.

These questions are examples. Drafts, mailbox organisation and sending are only available if you enable them for each mailbox.

What Nuntius doesn't do

No email goes out
without your yes.

  • It doesn't send on its own. Every send requires an exact preview and your explicit confirmation.
  • It doesn't touch the mailbox without permission. Organising or drafting requires enabling that capability for that mailbox.
  • It doesn't know your passwords. Credentials are stored encrypted and never reach the AI model.
  • It doesn't open attachments unprotected. PDFs are processed in an environment isolated from the rest of the system.

Getting started

Your usual mailboxes, no change of provider.

  1. 1

Choose the mailboxes you want to connect: any IMAP/SMTP mailbox.

  2. 2

Register them in your project and decide what Altorium may do in each one: read, organise, draft or send.

  3. 3

Start asking. Every query and every action is logged.

Questions about Nuntius

Does it work with my email provider?

With any mailbox that offers IMAP and SMTP, which is standard among email and hosting providers.

Can it reply to customers automatically?

No. It can prepare the draft, but sending always requires a preview and your confirmation.

Are my emails stored in Altorium?

Altorium queries your mailboxes to answer what you ask. What is kept and for how long is set out in the data processing agreement.
